The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

Architecture continues to occupy most of my time and attention close to the fifth anniversary of Chambers & Associates, the fourth practice I have built since graduation. We recently completed a 200,000 square foot additions and alterations project to Bermudian Springs High School. I have been working with this District since 1988 (3 years after graduation). Currently I am privileged to be working with and serving as a Trustee for the oldest girl's boarding school in her majesties colonies, Linden Hall in Lititz PA with the oldest building dating to 1758. Speaking of Lititz, Pam and I live in a town where people go on vacation, and were just named one of the top 12 distinctive destinations by the Trust for Historic Preservation for 2009. How can you go wrong in a town known for chocolate and pretzels...oh and "Victor" wooden mousetraps. I regularly return to State College for football, as Alumni Association President of Alpha Rho Chi (serving since 1987) and taking weekends at the family farm near McAlevys Fort on Rt. 26. For all of the changes, it still feels like going home when I visit. However, I do occasionally drive down Burrowes and Foster to check to see what color curtains are in my apartments.
